Kol Ou Shkor

“Eat and Give Thank” is the literal translation of this Damascene dessert. Ingredients and appearance wise, the dessert can be mistaken for an ordinary Baklawa especially that it is also made from crushed nuts filling wrapped with layers of pastry.

However, both the preparation method and the resulting taste of Kol Ou Shkor are distinctively different and far more sophisticated than that of Baklawa.
