This gallery was opened on Damascus Old City’s Straight Street in 1994. Samer Kozah, the gallery owner, chose the old city to represent all the different periods of civilizations. In 2006 the activities of the gallery expanded into an old Damascene house which provided a 300 m2 of gallery space for a number of famous and new generation Syrian artists.
