Souq Hammam Al-Qishani

This public bath was constructed during the reign of the Ottoman governor Darwish Pasha in the second half of 16th century.

It was given its name in the reference to its beautiful Qishani ceramic wall tiles.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Hammam Al-Qishani was converted into a market.

Today, this market specialises in selling wedding dresses and accessories.
