Ibn Arabi Waterwheel

This waterwheel was commissioned by the Ottoman Emperor Salim I in the early 16th century to provide water to the Salihiya Quarter.

The waterwheel is named after Ibn Arabi because it supplied water to service buildings around his Tomb like Al-Tekiya Al-Salimiya and Al-Bimaristan Al-Qaimari.
